Korean Kalbi BBQ Short Ribs are incredibly flavorful and sweet. The are made with made flanken beef ribs that are sawed across the bone. The fattiness of this meat adds to the deliciousness. This is an amazing marinade recipe that my wife’s cousin (Thanh Hoa Nguyen) made for a large party. While this is a traditional Korean dish, my wife’s cousin is Vietnamese. Lemongrass is used in many Vietnamese recipes and it worked well with her version of this Korean standard. She marinated the ribs overnight, and then grilled them outdoors. The ribs had a wonderful grilled aroma and char from the open fire. Ingredients:
